一、对考试制度改革的再认识在实施素质教育的过程中,教师反映最为强烈、感到最为困惑的问题是评价改革。现行的评价考试制度已经成为推进素质教育的瓶颈。由于片面追求升学率的影响,多年来形成了一套根深蒂固的评价标准,它强调甄别与选拔功能,忽视改进与激励功能;注重学习成绩,忽视学生全面发展和个性差异;关注结果而忽视过程,评价方法单一;将期末评价等同于书面考试,忽视平时成绩和非学业内容;考试内容以片断的知识和技能为主,忽视综合和创新;考试形式主要是纸笔测试,忽视对实践和探究能力的考察;考试结果的反馈不注重保护学生的自尊心,有时甚至挫伤学生的学习积极性。

Single evaluation method; Equivalent to written examinations at the end of the year, ignoring both normal and non-academic content; Exam content based on fragmented knowledge and skills, ignoring synthesis and innovation; Examination forms are mainly paper and pen tests, neglecting the ability to practice and explore The investigation; the feedback of the test results does not focus on protecting students’ self-esteem, and sometimes even dampen students’ learning enthusiasm.
