长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200nt并且没有开放阅读框(open reading frames,ORFs)的内源性RNA分子,不仅参与调节正常的生长发育过程,还与包括胰腺癌在内的多种疾病密切相关。lncRNA(如H19、gas5、PVT1、HOTAIR、MALAT1)作为癌基因促进胰腺癌细胞增殖、侵袭、转移,同时作为抑癌基因抑制胰腺癌细胞凋亡并与胰腺癌预后良好密切相关。本综述旨在为寻找治疗胰腺癌的新靶点和方向提供一些思路。
Long-chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are endogenous RNA molecules longer than 200 nt in length and lacking open reading frames (ORFs). Not only are they involved in the regulation of normal growth and development, A variety of diseases, including pancreatic cancer, are closely related. As an oncogene, lncRNAs, such as H19, gas5, PVT1, HOTAIR and MALAT1, promote the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cells and inhibit the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells as tumor suppressor genes, which is closely related to the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. This review aims to provide some ideas for finding new targets and directions for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
