一、主要训练内容(一)基本训练内容根据助跑和起跳技术对身体基本素质的要求,在实际的教学过程中以下训练内容可供参考:(1)30米加速跑等(速度训练)。(2)俯卧撑或卧推和负重半蹲跳等(上下肢力量训练)。
