为了探讨菟丝子水提液对环磷酰胺(CP)所致小鼠肝脏损伤的保护作用,试验对SPF级KM雄性小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺制作肝脏损伤模型,再将小鼠分为CP对照组、阴性对照组及高、中、低菟丝子水提液药物组,给高、中、低菟丝子水提液药物组小鼠灌胃菟丝子水提液,观察菟丝子水提液对环磷酰胺所致肝脏损伤的肝脏系数、肝脏形态的影响。结果表明:与CP对照组比较,高、中、低菟丝子水提液药物组均可显著提高小鼠肝脏系数(P<0.05);同时高、中、低菟丝子水提液药物组均有改善肝脏组织结构,减少肝细胞坏死数量,促进肝细胞再生等作用,其中高菟丝子水提液药物组改善效果较明显。说明菟丝子水提液对环磷酰胺所致肝脏损伤有保护作用。
