目的减少药房调配差错,增加患者对药房工作的信任度。方法在我院药房按照质量小组活动的10个步骤进行各项活动;评比该活动的有形,无形成果,并通过问卷调查的方式比较活动前后患者满意信任度。结果通过质量小组活动,药房调配差错例数降低了63.2%;组员品管手法、和谐度、解决问题能力、积极性等方面均有不同程度提高;患者对药房的满意度大幅提高。结论通过质量小组活动可减少药房调配差错例数,患者的用药安全性与有效性得到不同程度的提高。
Objective To reduce errors in pharmacy deployment and increase patient confidence in pharmacy work. Methods In our hospital pharmacy in accordance with the activities of the quality of the group of 10 steps to carry out various activities; evaluation of the activities of the tangible and intangible results, and by way of questionnaires before and after the activities of patients with satisfaction trust. Results Through quality group activities, the number of errors in pharmacy deployment decreased by 63.2%. The quality of the team members improved in quality control, harmony, problem-solving ability and enthusiasm, and patients’ satisfaction with pharmacies increased significantly. Conclusion The quality of group activities can reduce the number of errors in the allocation of pharmacy, the patient’s medication safety and effectiveness have been improved to varying degrees.
