采用机械合金化+热压工艺制备了添加0.125%的Nd_2O_3的Nb-22.5Cr合金,并进行了1 200℃下的高温热暴露试验,研究了Nd_2O_3对Nb-22.5Cr合金热稳定性的影响。结果表明,Nd_2O_3的添加在保证Nb-22.5Cr合金有高的致密度和良好断裂韧性的前提下,使得合金热暴露100h后的硬度、室温压缩力学性能的变化幅度减小,表明Nd_2O_3的添加可提高Nb-22.5Cr合金的热稳定性。
The Nb-22.5Cr alloy with 0.125% Nd 2 O 3 added by mechanical alloying and hot pressing was prepared and the high temperature thermal exposure at 1 200 ℃ was carried out to study the effect of Nd 2 O 3 on the thermal stability of Nb-22.5Cr alloy. The results show that under the premise of high density and good fracture toughness of Nb-22.5Cr alloy, Nd_2O_3 addition makes the change of hardness and room-temperature compressive mechanical properties of the alloy decrease after heat exposure for 100h, indicating that Nd_2O_3 addition Improve the thermal stability of Nb-22.5Cr alloy.
