观察了桂附地黄丸与其口服液对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官重量,抗体形成(溶血空斑)及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能的影响,均呈现出显著的免疫增强作用。桂附地黄口服液对幼年大鼠血浆睾丸酮含量有显著的提高作用,而桂附地黄丸作用则不明显。
The effects of Guifu Dihuang Wan and its oral liquid on immune organ weight, antibody formation (hemolysis plaque) and phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages showed significant immunoenhancing effects in immunosuppressed mice. Guifu Dihuang Oral Liquid has a significant increase in plasma testosterone content in young rats, while Guifu Dihuang Wan has no obvious effect.
