随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,外出务工人员越来越多,“留守儿童”问题却成了我国社会经济发展的过渡性产物。什么是“留守儿童”呢?所谓“留守儿童”是指父母一方或双方外出到城市打工,而自己留在农村生活的孩子们。
With the development of society and economy and continuous improvement of people’s living standard, more and more migrant workers are leaving their home. The issue of “left-behind children” has become a transitional product of China’s social and economic development. What is meant by “left-behind children”? The so-called “left-behind children” refer to children whose parents or both go out to work in the cities and remain in rural areas.
