报道了银催化剂载体的孔容、孔分布和吸水率对催化剂选择性的影响。在载体比表面积接近1m~2/g的情况下,孔容越大,吸水率越高,特别是孔半径大于30μm的孔容所占的比例越大,催化剂的选择性就越高。为制备选择性为83.0%以上的银催化剂,要求载体最佳孔容在0.5ml/g以上,吸水率在60%以上,孔半径大于30μm的孔容占总孔容的10%以上。
The effects of pore volume, pore distribution and water absorption on catalyst selectivity of silver catalyst support were reported. When the specific surface area of the support is close to 1m ~ 2 / g, the larger the pore volume is, the higher the water absorption is. In particular, the larger the proportion of pore volume with pore radius greater than 30μm, the higher the catalyst selectivity. In order to prepare the silver catalyst with a selectivity of more than 83.0%, the optimal pore volume of the carrier is 0.5 ml / g or more, the water absorption is 60% or more, and the pore volume of the pore radius greater than 30 μm accounts for more than 10% of the total pore volume.
