近日,消费者陈先生致电上海市质监局12365产品质量申诉热线,他在2008年9月底购买了某品牌手表,但使用一段时间后出现走时慢的故障。消费者怀疑电池电量不足,便到非指定维修部更换了电池,但此后情况并未好转,甚至出现一天之内慢5个小时的情况。消费者就到该品牌的专卖店要求保修,这家门店发现手表内电池并非原装,便以消费者自行更换过电池为由,拒绝了消费者的请求。消费者称,因为当时认为去厂家指定的维修中心路途较远,虽然换电池免费但算上车费还是不合算,所以就到非指定的手表维修部更换了电池。
