微博在汲取民智、沟通民意方面起着“绿色快车道”作用,能够促进民意表达,唤醒公民意识,推动政府力量与公众力量的互动。本文针对当前微博存在的诸多负面效应,提出导引微博良性发展的一系列对策。
Weibo plays a role of “green fast lane” in drawing wisdom from the people and communicating public opinions. It can promote public opinion expression, arouse civic awareness and promote the interaction between government forces and public forces. This article aims at the many negative effects of the current microblogging, and proposes a series of countermeasures to guide the healthy development of microblogging.
