本文列举了加伊斯克铜锌矿石选矿试验结果。其选矿流程为泥砂分别浮选和在单独的回路中浮选含黄铁矿的中矿。同时还试验了新的药剂制度。与选矿厂现有流程相比,新工艺获得的混合精矿铜品位提高了3%~4%,铜回收率提高2.5%~3%。试验结果表明,应用新的浮选制度处理列特尼矿石,铜精矿的铜回收率达到85.3%,锌精矿锌回收率达到45%。因此,可根据这些结果对原选矿厂工艺流程改造进行可行性研究。
This article lists the results of Jiaisike copper-zinc ore beneficiation test. The beneficiation process flotation of flotation and flotation of pyrite-containing mines in a separate loop. At the same time also tested the new drug system. Compared with the existing process of the concentrator, the grade of the mixed concentrate copper obtained by the new process is increased by 3% -4% and the copper recovery rate is increased by 2.5% -3%. The experimental results show that the recovery of the copper from the ore concentrate with the new flotation system is 85.3% and the zinc recovery rate is 45%. Therefore, based on these results, the feasibility study on the process optimization of the original concentrator can be conducted.
