采用异地异季和分期播种,研究了3个波里玛胞质不育系(Polcms)的育性变化,并与不同时期的温度进行相似分析。结果表明,不育系育性变化的温敏期为现蕾前后1个月左右的花粉粒分化形成期。其不育度与当时的均温呈正相关。育性变化的临界温度值约为日均温7~9℃,不同基因型不育系的临界值略异。由此认为,Polcms系的育性变化,是温敏基因在温度与营养共同作用下产生的综合结果。
The fertility changes of three Polimas were studied by off-season and staged seeding, and the similarities were analyzed with the temperature at different periods. The results showed that the thermo-sensitive period of fertility change in sterile lines was the period of pollen grain differentiation about one month before and after bud emergence. Its sterility was positively correlated with the average temperature at that time. The critical temperature of fertility change is about 7 ~ 9 ℃, and the critical values of different genotypes are slightly different. Therefore, Polcms line fertility changes, is a combination of temperature and nutrition under the combined effect of temperature and gene.
