上海蓝带厨艺职业技能培训学校,于2015年4月正式成立,是由.上海市商贸旅游学校和蓝带国际有限公司合资创办的一所国际化、高标准的厨艺培训学校,也是中国国内首家中外合作办学的职业培训机构(以下简称“上海蓝带”)。学校从2012年筹建到2015年正式开学历时三年,校址坐落于上海市浦东新区浦东南路1458号1号楼。目前学校设有法式料理和法式甜点两个专业,各专业课程均分为初、中、高三个等级,学制9个月,招募的学员为年满18周岁及以上,分别来自于不同的行业领域和不同的地区。
