在发展灌溉的地区,水资源不足已成为制约因素。利用外调补充的地上水源发展灌溉,既昂贵而又十分有限,这就要求改革现行的灌溉制度和采取节流措施,限制灌溉次数,扩大灌溉面积、取得大面积粮食均衡增产,提高灌区的总体经济效益。 本文从水资源经济利用观点出发,应用“边际原理”,提出了以作物经济用水量为依据的、确定灌区最优规模的新方法。
In areas where irrigation is being developed, inadequate water resources have become a constraint. The development of irrigation using groundwater supplemented by extrinsic remediation is both expensive and very limited. This requires reforming the current irrigation system and cutting off measures, limiting the number of irrigation and expanding irrigated area, achieving a balanced increase of large-scale grain production and increasing the overall economy of the irrigated area benefit. Based on the economic utilization of water resources, this paper applies the “marginal principle” and puts forward a new method to determine the optimal scale of irrigation district based on the amount of water used for crop economy.
