提出了机械进丸抛丸器堵丸现象和抛丸量、抛丸率低的主要原因是其固有的喂丸方式即分丸轮的结构造成的。设计出一种螺旋进丸抛丸器,对螺旋分丸轮的部分参数作了探索性试验。试验结果表明,螺旋进丸抛丸器改机械分丸轮的切向喂丸方式为轴向喂丸方式,提高弹丸的输送能力,减小了分丸轮对弹丸的挤压摩擦,从而较大幅度地提高了抛丸量和抛丸率,消除了堵丸现象。
