目的 :探索共聚焦激光拉曼光谱仪在检测癌组织及其癌旁正常组织的特征峰差异 ,提供分子光谱水平检测组织样本共聚焦激光拉曼光谱。方法 :从临床手术获取的冰冻切片样品 ,采用共聚焦激光拉曼光谱仪 ,在 Ar+激光照射下检测癌组织及其癌旁正常组织的光谱。结果 :癌旁正常组织和癌组织的共聚焦激光拉曼光谱差异有显著性 ,肺癌、食管癌、喉癌组织的激光拉曼光谱均具有特征峰 ,并且具有一致的特征峰峰位 ,但喉癌还有 2个特征峰峰位 ,而其癌旁正常组织均无特征峰。结论 :癌组织与其癌旁正常组织的激光拉曼光谱具有明显差异 ,说明二者分子组成和结构不同。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the characteristic peaks of confocal laser Raman spectroscopy in the detection of cancer tissues and their adjacent normal tissues, and to provide molecular spectral level detection of confocal laser Raman spectra of tissue samples. METHODS: Frozen sections obtained from clinical surgery were examined by confocal laser Raman spectroscopy, and the spectra of normal tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by Ar + laser irradiation. Results: There were significant differences in confocal laser Raman spectra between adjacent normal tissues and cancerous tissues. Laser Raman spectra of lung cancer, esophageal cancer and laryngeal cancer all had characteristic peaks, and had the same characteristic peak and peak position. However, There are two characteristic peaks of cancer, but none of their normal tissues. Conclusion: The laser Raman spectra of cancer tissue and its adjacent normal tissues have obvious differences, indicating that the molecular composition and structure of the two are different.
