近年来,我国卫生信息化建设取得了有目共睹的成绩,医疗信息系统已成为构建现代化医院的重要基础,医疗卫生信息建设也越来越受到医院以及全社会的重视。重视信息化对管理的促进作用,成为国际上任何有竞争力的医疗卫生机构的共同特征。
