有效的教学能够让学生们取得进步。传统的教学模式下,教师只是按照要求完成自己的教学任务,但很少去关注学生们在课堂上取得了多少进步,也就无法根据学生的学习情况及时调整教学策略。有效的教学,不仅以教师是否完成教学目标为标准,更要关注学生的学习情况,真正发挥学生的主体作用。这样,学生们才能取得更为明显的进步。我结合多年的教学经验,就如何在小学中年级对学生进行有效的教学展开论述,希望给广大教师带来帮助。
Effective teaching enables students to make progress. Under the traditional teaching mode, teachers only complete their teaching tasks as required, but seldom pay attention to how much progress the students have made in the classroom, and can not adjust the teaching strategies according to the students’ learning situation in time. Effective teaching, not only to teachers to complete the teaching objectives as the standard, but also to pay attention to the learning of students, the real role of the students play a key role. In this way, students can make more significant progress. I combine years of teaching experience, on how to carry out effective teaching of students in the middle school of primary school to start the discussion, hoping to bring help to the majority of teachers.
