新教师的成长和进步是学校实现可持续发展的关键所在。针对工科高职院校新教师的特点和高职新教师培养的现状,结合自身所在院校的实际,探索和分析了新教师培养的途径办法,提出做好岗前培训、倡导导师制、指导新教师过好实践关等措施和方法,努力建立激励机制,定期考核,促使新教师尽快成长。
The growth and progress of new teachers is the key to achieving sustainable development in schools. According to the characteristics of new teachers in higher vocational colleges and the current situation of cultivation of new teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores and analyzes the ways of cultivating new teachers according to the actual conditions of their own colleges and puts forward the suggestions of pre-service training, New teachers have done a good job in practice and other measures and methods, and strive to establish incentives, regular assessment, prompting new teachers to grow as soon as possible.
