目的:研究经表面改性的钛酸钾晶须对硅橡胶软衬材料性能的影响。方法:将经硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性过的钛酸钾晶须按照1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的比例添加到硅橡胶软衬材料中作为实验组,未添加者作为对照组,对复合材料的邵氏硬度、拉伸强度进行测试,并计算拉伸伸长率。结果:随着钛酸钾晶须添加比例的增加,邵氏硬度也不断增长,拉伸强度及拉伸伸长率呈先上升后下降的趋势。当晶须的添加量为4%时综合性能最好,其邵氏硬度、拉伸强度、拉伸伸长率分别是(30.92±0.02)、(2.20±0.02)MPa和(365.93±4.28)%,P<0.05。结论:当钛酸钾晶须添加比为4%时,软衬材料综合性能达到最佳状态。
Objective: To study the effect of surface-modified potassium titanate whiskers on the properties of silicone rubber lining materials. Methods: The potassium titanate whiskers modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 were added to the silicone rubber lining materials in the proportions of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% Add as a control group, the Shore hardness of the composite material, tensile strength was tested, and calculate the tensile elongation. Results: With the increase of potassium titanate whisker addition ratio, Shore hardness also increased continuously. Tensile strength and tensile elongation tended to increase firstly and then decrease. When the addition amount of whisker was 4%, the best overall performance was obtained. The Shore hardness, tensile strength and tensile elongation were (30.92 ± 0.02), (2.20 ± 0.02) MPa and (365.93 ± 4.28)%, respectively , P <0.05. Conclusion: When the addition ratio of potassium titanate whisker is 4%, the comprehensive performance of soft lining material reaches the best condition.
