静碾光轮压路机的刮泥板装置多数采用刚性弹力结构。它又分为前轮刮泥板装置和后轮刮泥板装置两种型式(见图1)。 刚性弹力刮泥板装置的使用要求为: (1)须及时、频繁地调整刮泥板与轮面的贴合间隙和贴合力。 (2)及时清除刮泥板上积聚的各种残物,并应防止各零件锈蚀。 (3)压路机行驶到高、低陡坎时,须将陡坎填成斜坡,以防陡坎将支承轴和刮泥板碰弯。
Static grinding wheel roller scraper device most of the rigid elastic structure. It is divided into front wheel scraper device and rear scraper device two types (see Figure 1). Rigid elastic scraper device requirements for the use of: (1) must promptly and frequently adjust the scraper and the tire surface fit the gap and bonding force. (2) promptly remove debris accumulated on the scraper, and should prevent corrosion of all parts. (3) When the road roller travels to high and low steepness, the steep ridge shall be filled with a slope to prevent the steep ridge from hitting the support shaft and the scraper.
