主要研究了大功率激光射孔。研究发现,影响激光射孔的主要工艺参数有激光功率、照射时间和离焦量等。随着激光功率的增加,孔深先增加后减小,孔径增大,破岩效率增大;随着照射时间的增加,孔深先增加后稳定,孔径增大,破岩效率先增加后减小;离焦量越大,小孔直径越大,孔深越小。在本实验中,较为合适的离焦量为50mm,最大孔深达到75mm。
