大中型企事业单位总会计师素质提升工程(以下简称素质提升工程)是财政部规划的继全国会计领军(后备)人才培养工程之后的又一个重点会计人才培养工程,正式纳入《会计行业中长期人才发展规划(2010—2020年)》,对加快提升我国高层次会计人才队伍素质具有重要意义。素质提升工程自2013年4月启动以来,在财政部领导的高度重视和大力支持下,财政部会计司及三家国家会计学院等各相关机构科学规划、精心组织,各培训学员认真参与、积极配合,确保了素质提升工程培训效果的最终实现。2013年,三家国家会计学院实际培训人数共5 923人。总体来看,素质提升工程开局顺利,成效显著,主要表现在以下五个方面:一是财政部会计司统筹规划,包括积极落实培训
