物业管理行业在我国处于刚刚起步的阶段,有着良好的发展前景,对于目前我国的物业管理行业来说急需大量的专门管理人才,对于应用型人才的紧缺程度更是非常的严重。在目前我国物业管理人才的培养过程中主要分为了四个主体,分别是物业服务企业、职业资格证书培训机构、成人高校以及普通高校。本文就物业管理专业应用型人才的培养模式进行探讨,以期可以培养出适合社会需要的应用型人才。
Property management industry in our country has just started the stage, has a good development prospects for the current property management industry in China urgently need a large number of specialized management personnel, the shortage of applied talents is even more serious. At present, China’s property management personnel training process is divided into four main bodies, namely, property services companies, vocational qualification training institutions, adult colleges and universities and colleges and universities. This article discusses the training mode of applied talents in property management major, with a view to cultivating applied talents suitable for social needs.
