目的:研制一种智慧健身教练系统,让使用者可以随时随地享受教练服务,达到科学健身效果。方法:通过实验收集17位自愿者的哈佛登阶(HST)与脚踏车数据,建立不同心肺耐力等级人群(状况分布为不好1人、稍差3人、普通3人、尚好3人、很好7人)运动强度(脚踏车转速)与心跳模型,实现通过目标心跳推算运动强度;并通过理论推导构建音乐速度与运动强度模型,实现以调节音乐速度来控制运动强度;最终结合穿戴式设备、移动智能平台以及Web技术,设计智慧健身教练系统。结果:各人群选择自身对应的运动心跳模型,在不同运动强度下心跳预测效果优于通用模型预测。测试者使用本系统参加实际健身时,各阶段的心跳都被很好地控制在预先设定的目标区域内。结论:本文研制的教练系统可以有效地帮助使用者达到科学健身的效果。
Objective: To develop a wisdom fitness coach system, so that users can enjoy the coach service anytime, anywhere to achieve the effect of scientific fitness. Methods: The HST and bicycle data of 17 volunteers were collected experimentally to establish different cardiopulmonary endurance class population (the condition distribution was 1 poor, 3 poor, 3 normal and 3 good, very good 7) exercise intensity (bicycle speed) and heart rate model to calculate the exercise intensity through the target heartbeat; and build the model of music speed and exercise intensity through theoretical derivation so as to control the exercise intensity by adjusting the speed of music; finally, in combination with the wearable device, Smart platform and Web technology, design wisdom fitness coach system. Results: Each group chose their own corresponding exercise heartbeat model, and the prediction of heartbeat under different exercise intensity was better than the general model. Testers use the system to participate in actual fitness, the heartbeat of each stage are well controlled in the pre-set target area. Conclusion: The coaching system developed in this paper can effectively help users to achieve the effect of scientific fitness.
