目的 :探讨胃肠道间质瘤 ( GIST)超微病变特点和起源。方法 :选择 15例恶性 GIST临床病例标本 ,运用透射电子显微镜观察分析。结果 :多数病例瘤细胞具有神经性结构 ,部分病例合并有肌性成分。结论 :瘤细胞的表面树突结构、胞浆致密核心颗粒与间质丝团样纤维或长间距胶原等特征 ,可做为诊断 GIST的超微形态学指标。GIST的起源与胃肠道卡哈尔间质细胞 ( ICC)有关
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and origins of superfine lesions of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Methods: 15 cases of malignant GIST clinical specimens were selected and analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: Most cases of tumor cells have a neurological structure, some cases with muscular composition. Conclusion: The dendritic structure of the tumor cells, dense cytoplasmic granules and interstitial filament-like fibers or long-spaced collagen may be the diagnostic indicators for the ultramicroscopic morphology of GIST. The origin of GIST is related to gastrointestinal Cajar stromal cells (ICC)
