大鼠注射内毒素后4及8h,心肌细胞细胞浆蛋白激酶C活力明显降低,其细胞膜蛋白激酶C活力显著增加;注射内毒素后0.5及4h,主动脉平滑肌细胞细胞浆蛋白激酶C活力明显低于对照组,而细胞膜蛋白激酶C活力显著增高。提示内毒素休克早期主动脉平滑肌细胞蛋白激酶C被激活,后期心肌细胞蛋白激酶C被激活。
At 4h and 8h after injection of endotoxin, the activity of protein kinase C in cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes was significantly decreased and the protein kinase C activity of cell membrane was significantly increased. At 0.5 and 4 hours after injection of endotoxin, the activity of protein kinase C in cytoplasm of aortal smooth muscle cells was significantly lower In the control group, while the cell membrane protein kinase C activity was significantly increased. Tip early endotoxin shock aortic smooth muscle cell protein kinase C is activated, late myocardial cell protein kinase C is activated.
