提出将各种主流仿真、计算机辅助设计、诊断推理和虚拟仪器软件的核心运行组件进行集成,构成功能完备、配置灵活、用户免编程的虚拟测试平台,来满足高性能智能化产品的动态测试、参数调整与优化、诊断排故的需要。在论述虚拟测试平台功能、系统结构及关键技术的基础上,结合智能运动控制系统的全数字与半实物仿真测试,介绍了其典型应用。
It proposes to integrate the core running components of various mainstream simulation, computer aided design, diagnosis reasoning and virtual instrument software to form a fully functional, flexible configuration and user-free programming virtual test platform to meet the dynamic testing of high performance intelligent products, Parameter adjustment and optimization, troubleshooting troubleshooting needs. Based on the discussion of the function, system structure and key technologies of the virtual test platform, this paper introduces the typical application of all-digital and semi-physical simulation of intelligent motion control system.
