研究了BT型、滇型、L型、印野型和野败型五个细胞质来源的粳稻雄性不育系的育性恢复基因在云南稻区、太湖稻区、日本、意大利、美洲、非洲、澳洲等地的粳稻品种中的分布。结果表明:云南地区的供试粳稻品种中存在强弱程度不同的育性恢复基因,在所测的595个组合中,F_1恢复度在50%以上的占6.72%,其中有3个品种能使L型桂早生A或L型426A的育性恢复到70—80%;太湖地区供试粳稻品种所测的1146个组合中,恢复度在50%以上的组合占3.05%,有3个品种能使L426A或滇南粳34A的育性恢复到70—80%,国外粳稻品种所测的717个组合中,恢复度在50%以上的占5.02%,有15个品种能使L桂早生A或L72—7A或L426A育性恢复到70%以上。
The fertility restorer genes of japonica CMS lines from five cytoplasm sources of BT type, Dian type, L type, Indian field type and wild type were studied in Yunnan rice area, Taihu rice area, Japan, Italy, America, Africa, Australia and other places of japonica varieties in the distribution.
