三思而后行。对于IT业界,尤其是中国的IT业界,需要思考的地方实在是太多了。在操作系统领域,仍旧是Windows独大,尽管中、日、韩三国建立了统一的Linux标准,但如何有效在中国推广Linux仍旧值得探讨。RedHat大中华区总经理表示:“RedHat的全球营业额为2亿美元,而中国的Linux市场才900万美元。Linux在中国的发展还需要努力。”同时,原本在今年推出的中国的高清电视标准、EVD标准、数码相机标准的先后延期,也说明业界在如何妥协、达成共同利益方面有很长的路要走。在3G方面,业界已经投入了大量资金,但却迟迟不见结果也值得业界深思。相对而言,在服务器所引发的思考较为正面——由于技术的更新与升级,引发了业界的生态变更,如何更好地利用新技术,从而帮助用户降低TCO(总体拥有成本)成了业界的热门话题。
