江苏省在驾驶员培训管理问题上,交通和公安两部门一直职责分工不清。为了认真贯彻国务院国阅(93)204号会议纪要和交通部海南驾培管理工作会议精神,在交通厅和运管局的积极工作与努力下,终于于今年10月中旬促成了省政府以办公厅名义下发了《关于道路交通管理分工有关问题的通知》,从而解决了我省交通、公安两部门在道路交通管理方面的职责分工问题。
