天津市药材公司?蒲S?958年7月间正式成立,目的是为了有系统地学習中药,提高在职人員的药物知识,进一步贯徹继承發揚祖国医药遺产,系統学习、全面掌握、整理提高的方針。这个学校是业余性质的,学員由行業內各單位选送,学习时間为每周九个小时。教学过程分为三个阶段:第一阶段的教学重点是了解一般常用中药400多种,作到見物知名,見药知性。这是一个打基础的阶段。首先他們就注意外展羣众认药知药运动,並及时組織課堂活动和輔导工作。第二阶段是在見物知名,見药知性的基础上,进一步作到見物知源、見性知理。不仅知个子,而且知片子;不仅知表,而且知里;不仅知一般药性,而且知四气五味,相成相反。因此这是一个深入阶段。大体做法
