对不同杂交组合一代和二代不同发育时期的光合速率及其对产量的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,各组合后代的结铃期光合速率与子棉产量高度正相关。F1 产量优势及F2 产量优势衰退也与铃期光合速率高度正相关。光能利用率明显提高是杂交种比纯合品种具有更大的增产潜力的因素之一。因而利用光合速率的测定可以有效地预测杂种F1 的竞争优势及F2 的优势衰退程度 ,从而为优势杂交组合的筛选和F2 杂种优势利用提供依据
The effects of different generations on the photosynthetic rate and their effects on the yield of the first generation and the second generation in different developmental stages were studied. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the yield of cotton seedlings in each combination. The yield advantage of F1 and the decline of F2 yield were also positively correlated with the photosynthesis rate of boll stage. The obvious improvement of light energy utilization rate is one of the factors that hybrids have more yield potential than homozygous varieties. Therefore, the determination of photosynthetic rate could effectively predict the competitive advantage of hybrid F1 and the dominant recession of F2, thus providing the basis for the screening of dominant hybrid combinations and the utilization of F2 heterosis
