有关木材熏蒸物(木焦油Wood Tar,简称WT)作为食用菌生长促进剂的研究,目前除了日本的铃木.一男1985年获准的专利外尚未见有其它报道.这篇专利阐述了他们将WT 与氨基酸混合,制成了食用菌栽培添加剂,并对口蘑等品种进行了栽培实验,获得比对照增产一倍的良好效果.为进一步弄滑WT 成分中使食用菌增产的有效组分(木材熏蒸物中主要含木醋液和沉淀焦油两种组分,分别简称WT—I 和WT—I),以及WT 在单独使用(不添加氨基酸等其它营养源)时的增产效果和限制条件,我们从1987年5月开始,在食用菌上着重对WT—I 组分的增产作用进行了研究.现初报如下:
