MCP-1是G蛋白耦联受体CCR2的配体,一种单核细胞趋化因子,也是一种免疫、炎症调节因子。在体内具有广泛的生物学功能,在多种心血管疾病的发生、发展中起着重要作用。MCP-1及CCR2受体有望成为临床上新的治疗靶点。
MCP-1 is a ligand for the G protein-coupled receptor CCR2, a monocyte chemotactic factor that is also an immune and inflammatory regulator. Has a wide range of biological functions in the body, plays an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. MCP-1 and CCR2 receptor is expected to become a new clinical therapeutic target.
