本文以实例阐述了湿式强磁选在我国黑钨矿选矿生产和试验中的应用。该工艺应用于钨细泥原矿的粗选、细泥粗精矿的精选、细粒(泥)钨精矿的钨—锡分离和钨—钙分离等方面都获得了很好的技术经济指标。通过比较,说明湿式强磁选比用重选或浮选处理黑钨细泥能提高细泥回收率、降低选矿成本;湿式强磁精选细粒(泥)钨精矿比干式磁选更能明显地降低锡、钙、磷、硫、铝等杂质含量,提高细粒精矿的特级品率和精选回收率。因而有必要进一步开展各类不同性质钨细泥原矿的湿式强磁选处理试验研究,在黑钨矿精选中普遍推广应用湿式强磁选工艺,以求进一步提高黑钨矿选矿的技术经济效果。
In this paper, an example is given to illustrate the application of wet magnetic separation in the production and testing of wolframite in China. The technology is applied to the rough selection of fine ore of tungsten fine mud, the selection of crude fine ore concentrate, the tungsten-tin separation and the tungsten-calcium separation of fine-grained tungsten concentrate, all of which have obtained good technical and economic indexes . By comparison, it shows that the wet magnetic separation is better than the reclaimed or flotation treatment of black tungsten fine mud, which can increase the fine sludge recovery rate and reduce the mineral processing cost; Can significantly reduce the content of tin, calcium, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum and other impurities, improve the fine grade concentrate concentrate rate and the selected recovery rate. Therefore, it is necessary to further carry out wet strong magnetic separation test research on various types of tungsten fine mud ore, widely apply wet strong magnetic separation technology in the selection of wolframite in order to further improve the technical and economic effects of beneficiation of wolframite .
