近年来,高校艺术专业报考人数逐年增加,高考艺术热的现象一直在持续,高校艺术专业一派繁荣的景象,但是事实上,情况却不乐观,有的学生进入大学后一点艺术功底也没有,还有的学生甚至放弃了专业课的学习,并且从学生就业来看,艺术专业毕业生与当前其他专业毕业生一样面临着就业难的尴尬境地,艺术专业学生的就业形式日益严峻,一方面用人单位缺人却找不到合适的人才,另一方面高校毕业生毕业后找不到工作。本文通过了解艺术专业学生的特点,从学生大一入学开始引导和帮助学生在业余时间进行基本功训练,强化学生基本功练习,并加强对学生业余时间的管理。通过几年的教育教学实践证明,这对于端正学生的学习态度,养成良好的学习习惯,以及强化基本功都是非常必要的,同时经过强化训练,学生的设计、审美能力也大大提高,在提高就业数量的同时也保证了就业质量。
