对磨床工作精度和磨削加工精度规定一种比较科学的统一的试验和分析方法,势将有利于磨床制造质量的提高、结构设计的改进、以及精密机械和仪器的生产。本文阐述了应用点图分析法,从综合的加工误差中将各种不同性质的组成误差逐层分解:将系统性误差分解为常值的、递增或递减的、周期的成分,并定出其大小;应用相关分析法又将随机性误差分解为坯件复映的、机床或加工工序本身固有的,并定出其比重。这样就便于按图索骥,找出机床在工作过程中产生误差的相应原因,从而对症下药,提出有效的改进措施。
