管理咨询业是紧随社会信息化和现代化步伐而兴起的现代产业,管理咨询公司在企业并购整合业务中扮演着不同的角色,从而体现出不同的价值。本文主分别从并购动机和目的、并购方案策划和制定、商务谈判协调、并购之后的整合等多个业务环节进行阐述,从而说明管理咨询公司在企业重组并购业务中所扮演的不同角色。另外,从人力资源整合和企业文化资源整合两个角度对管理咨询公司所体现的核心价值进行不同角度的阐述。最后,对管理咨询公司今后的业务发展提出了相关建议。
The management consulting industry is a modern industry which is emerging immediately after the social informatization and modernization. The management consulting firm plays different roles in the M & A integration business and thus reflects different values. This article mainly elaborates the various business links such as the motivation and purpose of M & A, the plan and formulation of M & A plan, the coordination of business negotiation and the integration after merger and acquisition to illustrate the different roles played by management consulting firms in the restructuring of M & A business. In addition, the core values reflected by management consulting firms are elaborated from different perspectives from two aspects: human resources integration and corporate culture resource integration. Finally, the management consulting company’s future business development made relevant recommendations.
