以废弃物铁屑、铝屑、硫酸、盐酸为原料制备混凝剂聚合双酸铝铁(PAFCS),并以印染废水作为处理对象,探讨当合成因素混酸过量比、盐酸和硫酸用量比、铝铁投料比、反应温度不同时,所合成PAFCS对废水COD的不同处理效果。经单因素试验得到各因素最佳水平为:酸过量为30%,双酸比为1:2,铝铁投料比为1:1.3,反应温度为45℃时,所合成的PAFCS对印染废水的COD去除率最高可达到46.3%。
The coagulant poly aluminum ferric acid (PAFCS) was prepared from scrap iron, aluminum flake, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the printing and dyeing wastewater was taken as the treatment target. When the synthesis factors such as mixed acid excess ratio, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid ratio, Iron feed ratio, the reaction temperature is not the same time, the synthetic PAFCS wastewater COD treatment effect. The optimum level of each factor obtained by single factor experiment is as follows: acid excess is 30%, diacid ratio is 1: 2, Fe-Fe ratio is 1: 1.3, reaction temperature is 45 ℃, COD removal rate up to 46.3%.
