电弧炉炼钢粉尘中含有多种重金属 ,采用通常的方法填埋对环境造成污染 ,因此被列为有害废物 .将粉尘与粘土混合后经高温固化处理 ,可将重金属元素包裹 ,以免在堆放时重金属被雨水或地下水浸出而污染水源 .采用粘土作为固化添加剂较为经济 ,经实验研究电弧炉粉尘与粘土质量混料比选择 1∶1 ,固化加热温度可降低至 1 2 0 0℃ ,固化处理后的粉尘达环保标准 ,填埋弃置不会对环境造成污染 .并采用TGA ,DTA和FTIR对固化产物进行热分析 ,可为固化产物的进一步开发利用提供热分析依据
