住宅小区停车难与物业管理问题,是一件涉及千家万户市民群众利益的难事情,也是一个涉及社会公共管理的大问题。从开发商销售地下车库到物管划地出租;从物管将无车位业主爱车挡在小区门外,到业主集结车队堵小区大门乃至殃及周边道路交通……各方吵过、闹过,甚至拳脚都动过,可这一问题却像魔咒一样,挥之不去,愈演愈烈。
