1988年11月初,一名19岁患者因颈部和右肩疼痛面去日内瓦诊所就诊,3周前患者已有低热和右上腹痛;患者母亲主诉也有类似症状。两患者白细胞计数均超过15000/μl并伴有嗜酸性细胞计数增高(7800和8993/μ1)及肝脏酶类增高。另一曾拟诊为何杰金氏淋巴瘤的57岁患者也因伴有上腹部疼痛,嗜酸性细胞计数增高(18000/μl)及肝脏酶类增高而就诊。3例患者均食用过可传染肝片吸
In early November 1988, a 19-year-old patient was admitted to a Geneva clinic for pain in his neck and his right shoulder. The patient had fever and right upper quadrant pain three weeks earlier; his mother complained of similar symptoms. Both patients had leukocyte counts in excess of 15,000 / μl accompanied by increased eosinophil counts (7800 and 8993 / μl) and increased liver enzymes. Another 57-year-old Hodgkin lymphoma who was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma was also referred for treatment of upper abdominal pain, increased eosinophil count (18,000 / μl) and elevated liver enzymes. All 3 patients had edible liver tablets
