本试验以水稻种子为材料,用红墨水染色法测定种子生活力,用普通发芽试验测定种子发芽率,以研究水稻种子生活力与发芽率的相关性。运用生物统计分析方法,计算出生活力(x)与发芽率(y)的相关系数,r=0.8355为极显著正相关,求出回归方程(?)=5.4923+0.9288X。应用本公式,可测出水稻种子的生活力,推算相应的发芽率,为判断水稻种子发芽率提供迅速方便可靠的依据。
In this experiment, the seed of rice was used as material, the viability of seed was determined by red ink staining, and the seed germination rate was measured by ordinary germination test to study the relativity of rice seed viability and germination rate. The correlation coefficient of viability (x) and germination rate (y) was calculated by biometric analysis method, r = 0.8355 was extremely significant positive correlation, and the regression equation (?) = 5.4923 + 0.9288X was obtained. By using this formula, the viability of rice seeds can be measured and the corresponding germination rate can be calculated, which can provide a quick, convenient and reliable basis for judging the germination rate of rice seeds.
