读了《中小学数学》2014年第1—2期徐金星老师的《也谈“不等式组的解集在数轴上的表示”》后,也很有感触,徐老师认为不等式组(?)的解集在数轴上表示成如图1所示的1和3之外还有解集的指示部分.我认为徐老师对数轴的意义理解有误,教材中对数轴的规定是这样的:规定了原点、正方向和单位长度的直线叫数轴.实数和数轴上的点一一对应,也就是说任何实数都可以用数轴上的点来表示.数学上总是用数的抽象性质来说明形象的事实,同时又用图形的性质来说明数的事实,数形结合是一个重要的数学思想.
