任何一种文化都需要在传承中得到发展,通过发展不断传承下去,中国武术也不例外。放眼中国武术的发展历程,师徒制传承由来已久,这是建立在模拟血缘基础上的传承方式,并由此衍生出师徒双方共同利益体——门派。在这种独具中国特色的传统文化事项中,基于师徒之间的特殊关系形成了中国武术特有的传承方式,师徒双方分居武术传承的两端,构成了一个稳定的技术传承体系与信任体系。但随着现代教育制度的确立与不断巩固,传统“师徒相授”的模式逐渐趋于边缘化,师徒制原有的内在品质与外在展现也在变迁中变得面目全非。
