目的探讨三维Volume NT软件测量胎儿颈项透明层(NT)厚度临床应用的可行性。方法分别采用高分辨率2 D、3 D Volume探头对204例孕11~13+6周胎儿的NT进行超声测量。将孕妇随机分为A和B 2组,A组由经验丰富的医师A进行测量,B组由经验欠丰富的医师B进行测量。观察2种测量方法的NT测量值的一致性和测量时间。结果 12 D NT与3D Volume NT间组内相关系数(ICC)为0.78,有较强的相关性,而超声测量经验丰富的医师A 2种NT测量值间的相关性较经验欠丰富的医师B更强,医师A所测量NT值的ICC为0.84,医师B测量的NT值的ICC为0.55;22 D NT的平均测量时间为(10.43±3.59)min,3 D Volume NT平均测量时间为(2.54±1.76)min,3 D Volume NT大大缩短了检查时间。结论 3 D Volume NT有很好的临床应用价值,可以大大缩短NT测量的时间。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using three-dimensional Volume NT software to measure the thickness of fetal neck transparent layer (NT). Methods The NT of 204 fetuses of 11 ~ 13 + 6 weeks of gestation was measured by high resolution 2 D and 3 D Volume probes respectively. Pregnant women were randomly assigned to groups A and B 2, Group A was measured by experienced physician A, and Group B was measured by under-experienced physician B. Observe NT measurement consistency and measurement time for the two measurement methods. Results The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) between the 12 D NT and 3D Volume NT was 0.78, and there was a strong correlation between them. However, the correlation between the NT measurements of the A 2 experienced physicians was less than that of the under-experienced Physician B The ICC of NT value measured by Physician A was 0.84, ICC value of NT value measured by Physician B was 0.55, the average measurement time of 22 D NT was (10.43 ± 3.59) min, and the average measurement time of 3 D Volume NT was (2.54 ± 1.76) min, 3 D Volume NT greatly shortens the inspection time. Conclusion 3 D Volume NT has a good clinical value, can greatly shorten the time of NT measurement.
