住房是民生之要,“住房梦”是人民群众最基本的梦想,也是实现“中国梦”不可或缺的重要内容。“十二五”以来,宁波市委、市政府高度重视住房工作,一方面,大力推进以公租房为主的保障性安居工程建设,积极探索创新保障房后续管理模式,着力缓解中低收入群体“住房难”问题,努力将公租房打造成百姓的“暖心房”;另一方面,大力强化住宅小区属地管理,着力提升物业服务和管理水平,打造平安、宜居、和谐社区。截止2013年11月底,全市已推出保障性住房(含补贴)10334套,比年初计划推出的8830套多出了1504套,提前超额完成全年任务。其中,公共租赁房是宁波住房保障体系的主体。2013年3月,市三区推出首批公共租赁房源3248套;
