近日,国家计委发文(计价格[1999]584号)通知各地物价部门和中国农业生产资料集团公司、中国化工进出口总公司进一步明确进口化肥价格政策。通知要求如下:一、中央进口化肥调拨价格(即港口交货价格)由国家计委根据实际进货成本加合理经营费用,按照保本微利原则制定。凡是分配给中国农业生产资料集团公司、中国化工进出口总公司以及烟草、农垦、林业等部门的进口化肥配额,不论是否规定分配流向,经营企业都必须按规定及时向国家计委申
